today was *fancy breakfast day! i decided to make hash browns, veggie sausage & swedish pancakes -- the kind my mom made us growing up! i like to fill mine with almond butter, blueberries & maple syrup... it is pure heaven, let me tell you. yummmm-y. hanyak and i stuffed our bellies full & i'm almost positive i will not be hungry again until friday.
