have i ever told you about my friend zaynab, who is one of the nicest people i have ever met, and one of the best knitters i have ever known, and absolutely spoils me with all of her hand made goods?  well, there you have it.  she is irreplaceable and i love her to pieces.

p.s. how in the world am i the last person to learn that mozzarella is made from buffalo milk??  ew.
