burn your throat kind of good

i have this strange thing with the temperature of my coffee...  it has to be warm enough that when it goes down it almost burns in your throat, but it can't be hot enough to burn the roof of your mouth.  well anyways, my coffee was the perfect temperature today.  and it snowed a whole lot last night....
