yesterday was one of those days. one of those days that no body in ak would let pass by without taking advantage of it. the sun just shimmered and shined all day long. alllll day long. no clouds, hardly any wind... just good, plain sun. and the temperature was just right for a good long post work jog. maybe it was almost too right. and maybe i ran too far. but it felt so good. and today it may not feel soo good. but that won't stop me from doing it again.
