12 thanks of christmas {#8}

leather.
it is my #8 thankful thing.
seems strange... i know.  but here's the thing.  leather is why i have my job.  and i loooove, love, love my job.  and if it wasn't for my job i wouldn't have met some of the most amazing people around.  and if it wasn't for those amazing people,  i honestly would not have survived my life up here.

if it wasn't for leather, i wouldn't have had the opportunity to become friends with the following:
every staff member at SR {there are many--and i love every last one of them}
good ol' danny boy
kerith {smooch}
nanette
jess
nichole
lisa {you and i knew each other before leather had such an impact on my life, but we both share an equal amount of love for leather, so you definitely deserve to be included in the leather post.}

emily
all my sweet, sweet customers who make my job so fun
every last one of those amazing and beautiful blush girls
and many, many more.

and last but certainly not LEAST:
brett -- this girl and i spend the majority of our lives together.  we hang with each other 4 days a week, for 8 hours a pop.  we also get to take 2-3 luxurious work vacations together, per year -compliments of our boss {danny boy}.  ok, maybe they aren't vacations, and maybe they aren't luxurious... but they certainly are work trips.  point is, we spend a lot of time together and i feel very blessed that of all the people in this world, it is her whom i get to spend this much time with.  she is such a wonderful, patient, loving, kind, beautiful  person and i am lucky that she is such a big part of my life.

so today i am thankful for leather, and now you know why.
